[DUG-TO] Regular meetup this month?

Hi all,
If you are still interested to have our meeting on Thursday, I can share
with you what I've learned over the last 2+ years about Search Engine
Optimizing Drupal Websites. SEO was just a hobby of mine, until I landed a
short contract last month to conduct a SEO Website Audit for a publishing
company and help them define their Internet Marketing strategy.
If there is interest to talk about SEO using Drupal, I can put together a
few slides for us to use as a starting point for the discussion - nothing
too formal. Later on we can create a page on the topic, because relevant
Drupal information is scattered across the internet, and SEO tips are
becoming more and more WordPress centric. Even the guy who wrote the best
"Drupal SEO Tutorial, Tips and Help" page ever (see my comment in the post
http://groups.drupal.org/node/7580) has gone WordPress.
This can be my way of contributing back to the Open Source community, and it
has been long overdue (last time I did something like this was when I ported
XEmacs to Solaris x86: http://www.xemacs.org/People/index.html).
Let me know if/when you would like me to prepare for the Drupal SEO
presentation.
Cheers,
Daniel

Subject: [DUG-TO] Regular meetup this month?
Hey Toronto Drupaleers!
Well, it's snuck up on me again, but this week is our regularly
scheduled meetup week.
The good news is, our lovely Jane Zhang has already booked us a room @
CSI (215 Spadina). The bad news is, I have to leave town tomorrow for
a week :-(
Are people still interested in having a meeting this week? If so, is
there anyone willing to volunteer to run it? I had mentioned perhaps
talking Views2 back when I thought I'd be in town.
Anybody interested?
If not, should we call the theme workshop
(http://themeworkshop.avatarinteractive.ca/
) our November meetup?
