[DUG-TO] Looking for a Drupal developer/architect

Dear members of the DUG-TO group,

I have just joined your group today in hopes of finding an enthusiastic
Drupal developer/architect. While I am an experienced PHP developer who has
used many open source technologies, this is the first time I am faced with a
request to use Drupal for a relatively large project. That is why I am
reaching out to this community for help.

I hope to find someone who can help me estimate how much work/hours are
needed for a particular project and if possible come up with the right mix
of existing and custom built modules. Another words, I need someone that
knows what's out there and knows how to customize it (dig into PHP code).
