So, I'll assume (since you emailed this list) that you're looking for  
Drupal developers - in which case I'd post on the groups site as well  
as here: http://groups.drupal.org/toronto

There is also a "consulting" list for Drupal consultants (on http://lists.drupal.org/) 
  - although I'm not sure there will be many Canadians on there not on  
here or groups.drupal.org ...
