[DUG-TO] How to bulk mail Organic Groups members?

Hello all,

What's the easiest way to allow the Group Admin of an organic group to
send an email to all the group's members?

I've been looking at the Notification module but it seems to be not only
overkill, but for a different kind of communications than I was planning
to do. I've also looked at modules such as "mass contact" and
"simplenews" but they don't appear to be OG aware.

How are others doing this?
