I have never participated in anything quite like this before, from an
organisational end of it, but maybe I can help out in some way you see
fit. I'll try to get to this meeting. (I didn't see a time or place
for the meeting yet.)

One thing you might want to do is look for support _AND_ more
attendees by contacting ISPs that offer Drupal to their
clients/customers. For example, HostPappa. I know now of a number of
people who use HostPappa and I am sure they can help/support you in
more ways than one, and they are a company that is trying to be
"green". They have a monthly? newsletter that could spread the word
and I am sure other ISPs could help, in their own ways, too.
