[DUG-TO] Introduction and DrupalCamp Toronto

Hi Everett,

As of yesterday I¹ve taken on the responsibility to get the new 2009
drupalcamp site up and running. I hope to get things rolling very soon and
will post to the list when it¹s ready.

All I really know at this point are that the planned dates are August 15/16.
