Awesome Jane!  No mandatory fee at the door does not mean there won't be 
a big donations bin there.  :-)  Everyone should attain high karma by 
throwing lots of money in it.

Fact is, the hard costs of Drupalcamp will be really low this way (but 
no zero...see the budget from before, even without shirts and catering, 
there are still some MaRS related costs).  So it means that at the end, 
we can take the costs, minus the donations, and divide that small amount 
among the committed sponsors and it will be a few hundred bucks each, or 
less (depends how many sponsors of course).

Speaking of sponsors....Freeform is in, EntreBahn is in, who else wants 
a link and logo on the website, and the might ability to pass over the 
donations bin at the door guilt-free?
