[DUG-TO] Drupalcamp 2009 budget, planning, sponsor gauntlet is thrown

Hi Julian,

Thanks for doing all this work. It is very much appreciated. We have 
attended past Drupal Camps and found them very useful and worthwhile.

Thus, we would like to return something to the community by sponsoring 
the event at the $500 level.
