[DUG-TO] Planning Meeting?

Hey folks,

Julian's got the ball rolling, but its maybe time we push things forward
a bit.

Several of you have mentioned your interest in helping organize this
year's event so I think its time we meet as a group again.

For those of you that have volunteered for some aspect of organizing
this year, try to find some time in the next few days to come up with
your own personal battle plans - and if time permits start executing.
That way if we get together sometime next week (provided people are
available to meet next week) we actually have something to talk about.

By having some sort of battle plans in place, those that haven't
volunteered for something specific can be recruited to help.
