[DUG-TO] Meetups - Topic suggestions + ?Workgroups?

I like "all of the above" suggestions from everyone - they sound great!

I'd also like to see some regular meeting time devoted to demos of modules.
It's hard to find time to test everything yourself, so slowly we could work
through things like ecommerce vs ubercart, image vs imagefield, or new
modules we've meant to try but got too busy to.

Is it feasible and worthwhile to create a "sandbox demo" using multisites,
or even users' individual test site urls, which demonstrate some popular
modules? Kind of like a Theme Garden for modules?
