[DUG-TO] Drupalcamp 2009 -- possible summer dates

I'm going to say that Julian or Sacha make the executive decision on the
date.  Early July as out - Late July is popular, but August is NOT
unpopular: SO if the time is needed I think we're justified in picking
the later date - else we go with the majority of responses we've gotten.

Worst case, flip a coin, give MaRS a call and for better or worse we
have a date, a deadline and something to work towards.
