[DUG-TO] LIghtbox2 over SWF issues

Hello gang.

I have a critical issue that is holding back a site go-live.
Time is of the essence, so I'm reaching out to the community.

I have a site whose Front-end is a flash movie.
The flash movie triggers Drupal pages in Lightbox2 iFrames.

When a lightbox loads, it "hides" the SWF below (not sure how it does
it exactly) by default.
Upon closing the lightbox, the SWF reloads.

As the movie below is the main site navigation. Reloading after every
lightbox load is a blocker for us, as the music starts playing again.
You can see what I mean here: http://thespringweddingshow.com/home-flash
[please note: a few browser-targetted bugs to squash still]

I really hadn't anticipated this behaviour. Any help that can be
offered would be much appreciated, as the site go-live is pretty much
hanging on our need to keep running the SWF underneath the lightbox.
Admittedly, I'm not the most adept javascripter.
Maybe one of you has come across this before?
How do I change the default Lightbox behaviour?

There'll be issues I'm sure too related to keeping visible the SWF
below. There's a good reason, I'm sure Lightbox is hiding it.
Hopefully these will be easier to squash.
