[DUG-TO] cache_form important?

I'm stuck unable to import cache_form into my local DB. My Mac is dreadfully
slow, it dies without any records importing at all, even though partial
imports are allowed. I also upped my max query time to a dreadfully slow
interval. Nothing helps. Do I need this table, or can I load an empty
version & will it recreate locally fine?

Anyone having 1and1 DB problems? I am consistently this week.
