[DUG-TO] Duplicate entries in admin's display of organic groups

both of those pages are now generated with a view, so i'm going to
guess that some relationship or taxonomy thingy is generating the
duplicate.

at the risk of ignoring what is likely a bigger problem, you could
just edit those views and change Distinct to yes [under the basic
settings].
