Homa,
When you get an access denied error, the first thing to try is to clear your
browser cache, clear your cookies, and try again. Even better, try from a
different Internet connection on a different computer, if you have one
handy. (Possibly you have some kind of incorrect or invalid cookie or
session data in your browser that is associated with your current IP address
and that is causing the access denied).
Second, are you sure that you are entering the correct password and user ID?
(Possibly you are seeing a cached version of the admin page, but as soon as
you try to view a different page, it checks your login credentials and sees
something wrong).
The third thing to try is to verify that your settings.php file is correct.
In particular, make sure that any "domain" or base web address settings are
indeed correct (or are disabled if they are not necessary). (Possibly these
have been hacked or accidentally overwritten during some kind of recent
editing).
Other solutions after those three can become more complicated.
