[DUG-TO] jazz.to (Toronto Jazz Festival) launches on Drupal

Thanks Oliver for the broken link report. It was actually a block in the
theme linked to media not /media. So it worked fine when clicked on from a
top level page, but when the site was in the news section, the block linked
to /news/media instead. Adding a "/" fixed it. Thanks!
