[DUG-TO] PGAPI ??

Hello everyone.

I would like to know if anyone here has experience with PGAPI?
http://drupal.org/project/pgapi

Is this meant to be an alternative to übercart and ecommerce?
I'm having a hard time tracking down documentation or experiences (or other
code that uses the API).

I'm particularly interested because pgapi appears to have the only working
implementation of the Moneris "hosted pay page" payment gateway for Drupal.

Any pointers or suggestions are appreciated.
