[DUG-TO] Drupal Design Workshop

Hi all,

If we are going to develop a theme to give back to the community, we need to
decide what type of site the theme will be used for, whether for a personal
site, business site, blog, news site, etc. Once that is done, we can decide
what elements need to be in the theme for it to serve its purpose(s). Then,
we need to discuss the basic default layout of the elements. Lastly, we can
do the "design" of the theme. Much of this can be done using collaborative
tools, if we have any.
