[DUG-TO] Introductions, and a question about posting job offers..

Hi Everyone:

 

Long time lurker, first time poster - my name is Steve McNabb, and I am
currently the head of IT here at the Canadian Music Centre
(http://www.musiccentre.ca).

 

I've been hacking around with Drupal since 4.6.x and Once Upon A Time, gave
a talk on integrating AJAX into Drupal modules at Drupal Camp Toronto 2008

 

Although I don't generally make it out to meetings, I'm hoping to get out to
some this summer.

 

As a matter of etiquette, I wanted to ask before posting a Drupal-related
job opportunity that we have here at the CMC (and which it is my job to
fill).

 

So...is it ok to post a job offer to the dug-to list, or is there a more
appropriate forum that I should be sending it to?

 

I'd much prefer to open the job up to the local Drupal community first
before posting it anywhere 'public' .
