Not sure there is a clear list policy, but I would say that this is a good
place for posting Drupal-related job opportunities in the Toronto area. The
other place is the Toronto group on groups.drupal.org:
http://groups.drupal.org/toronto

Many job postings appear only on the Toronto groups page, so that is
probably the best place, but I don't think there is a problem with
cross-posting good job opportunities to this list as well, provided we don't
get overwhelmed with job postings.
